કલાસર્જન – ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુની એકાગ્ર શક્તિનું નિર્માણ

ગર્ભાવસ્થા ના શરૂઆતના દિવસો માં બેચેની, આળસ, ઉલટી, ઉબકા, ખાવાનું ન ભાવવું, સુતા રહેવાની ઈચ્છા થયા કરવી એ સ્ત્રી માટે સામાન્ય ઘટનાઓ છે. પરંતુ, આ બધામાંથી બહાર આવી, પોતાની જાનતે પ્રવૃત્તિમાં વ્યસ્ત રાખવાથી ગણા પ્રશ્નો હલ થઇ જતા હોય છે અને આવનાર બાળકને પણ અદભુત એવા ફાયદા મળતા હોય છે. આજના અધુનીક યુગમાં પણ ઘણી સગર્ભા મહિલાઓ બાળક માટે સ્વેટર, મોજા કે ટોપી બનાવતી હોય છે જે ખુબજ સારી બાબત છે. પરંતુ, હવે WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK અને INSTAGRAM ના યુગમાં ધીરે ધીરે આવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ લુપ્ત થવા લાગી છે. વળી આપણી પાસે વ્યસ્ત રહેવાના બીજા પણ રસ્તાઓ હોય છે. આના કારણે ક્યારેક મીઠી મુંજવણ અનુભવાય કે હું કઈ પ્રવૃત્તિ કરું કે જેની મારા બાળક પર ઉત્તમ અસર થાય. સગર્ભાવસ્થામાં કલાસર્જન (ART & CRAFT) એ એક ઉત્તમ પ્રવૃત્તિ છે. કલાસર્જન માં ઝીણવટભરી શુક્ષ્મ કલાત્મક રચના કરવા માટે ખુબજ એકાગ્રતા ની જરૂર પડે છે એટલે કે આ કામ ધ્યાનપૂર્વક,એકાગ્રતા થી કરવું પડે છે. જેનો સીધો ફાયદો ગર્ભ માં રહેલા બાળકમાં એકાગ્રતા શક્તિના વધારાના સ્વરૂપે ઉતરી આવે છે. દરેક સ્ત્રી અલગ અલગ કલાસર્જન જેવા કે ચિત્રકલા,ભરત ગુંથણ, વેસ્ટ માં થી બેસ્ટ બનાવવું, ગ્લાસ  ચિત્રકળા, પોર્ટ મેકીંગ, મહેંદી, વોલપીસ બનાવવું જેવા શોખ ધરાવતી હોય છે. જો આમથી કશું ના આવડતું હોય અથવા તો કામ મુશ્કેલ લાગતું હોય તો પણ શીખવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવાથી અને કામ હાથ પર લઇ ને પૂરું કરવાથી આત્મસંતોષ તો મળે જ છે પરંતુ સાથે સાથે બુદ્ધિનો વિકાસ પણ થાય છે.  જેની સીધી અસર ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુના માનસ પર થાય છે. અહી આપણે એવી ચિંતા નહિ કરીએ કે મને કલાસર્જન આવડે છે કે નહિ, લીધેલું કામ પૂરું થશે કે નહિ, અથવા તો કામ ખુબજ અઘરૂ છે એટલે હાથ પર લેવું જ નહિ. અહી કામ કરવાનો હેતુ કોઈની આગળ કશું સાબિત કરવાનો કે કામને પ્રદર્શની માં મુકવાનો નથી. આપણે આ કામ એટલા માટે કરવાનું છે કારણ કે એકાગ્રતા અને ખુબ મહેનતથી કરેલા કામ આપણને આત્મસંતોષ અને કામ કર્યાનો આનંદ આપે છે અને તેની હકારત્મંક અને ઉમદા અસર ગર્ભમાં રહેલા શિશુ પર પડે છે. હા, જન્મ બાદ પણ બાળક માં એકાગ્રતા કેળવી શકાય છે, પરંતુ તેમાં ખુબજ મહેનત પડે છે. જયારે ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન કરવામાં આવેલા પ્રયત્નોથી માતા સાહજિક રીતે એકાગ્ર શક્તિ બાળકને ભેટ આપી શકે છે. ઘણા બાળકોમાં નાનપણથી જ એકાગ્ર શક્તિ સારી હોય છે, અથવાતો કોઈ એક ક્ષેત્ર માં સાહજિક નિપુણતા હોય છે.આપણે તેને “કોઠાસુજ” તરીકે ઓળખીએ છીએ. કોઠા સુજ એટલે ગર્ભ(કોઠા)માંજ માતા દ્વરા આપવામાં આવેલી સમજણ અને શક્તિ. “એક માતા ૧૦૦ શિક્ષક ની ગરજ સારે” એ કહેવત પ્રચલિત થવા પાછળનુ મર્મ પણ કદાચ આજ હશે.

गर्भावस्था और भोजन

‘माता’ बनना हर स्त्री के जीवन का सबसे रोमांचक और अविस्मरणिय अनुभवो से भरा समय है । परंतु इस समय को और भी सुंदर बनाया जा सकता है, जो वैदिक और वैज्ञानिक तरीके से सिध्ध हुई कुछ बातो का ध्यान रखा जाएँ । वैज्ञानिक प्रयोगो से भी यह साबित हुआ हे कि गर्भस्थ स्त्री जो भी भोजन ग्रहण करती है, उसकी गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे पर भी शारीरिक और मानसिक असर होता है । हमारें यहाँ पूरानी कहावत है “जैसा अन्न वैसा मन” इसलिए तो रानी कौशल्या ने अपने गर्भावस्था के दौरान राजमहेल का भोजन का त्याग किया । अहोहो..... यह क्या । राजमहेल का भोजन का त्याग । महाराज दशरथ चिंता में पड़ गए । दशरथ महाराज को जान-पडताल करते यह पता चला कि रानी ने महल के भोजन का त्याग इसलिए किया कि महल में तो समग्र राज्यमें से अन्नसामग्री संचित की जाती है । यह अन्न सामग्री किसने, कैसे और कैसी भावना से दिया उसका कोई पता नहीं और यह अन्न ग्रहण करने से आनेवाले बच्चे पर विपरीत असर पड़ सकता है । कौशल्या राणीने समग्र गर्भावस्था दौरान ऋषिवर वशिष्ठ के आश्रम से आया हुआ भोजन ही ग्रहण किया । उसके बदले में राणी ने आश्रम की कन्याओं को विद्यापाठ कराया । इस पर से कह सकते है कि रानी ने अपनी मेहनत के फल स्वरूप प्राप्त सात्विक भोजन ही ग्रहण किया । एसा सात्विक और मेहनत से प्राप्त भोजन ग्रहण करने से बच्चे के मन का सात्विक विकास हुआ जो शायद राजमहल के भोजनन से न होता । इस तरह श्रीराम का श्रेष्ठ विकास हुआ । कितनी पवित्र और शुद्ध भावना । क्या आज के आधुनिक युग में एसी विचारधारा की जरुरत नहीं है । बाहर के कोई भी रेस्टोरां या भारी बना हुआ भोजन किस तरह और कैसी भावना से बना होगा यह कोई भी निश्चित नहीं बता सकता । जो आज भी गर्भवती स्त्री निर्धार करे कि वह अपने समग्र गर्भावस्था दौरान घर में पका हुआ शुद्ध और सात्विक भोजन ही ग्रहण करेगी तो आनेवाले बच्चे के तन और मन पर निश्चित रुप से फायदा होगा ।

दानव के घर भक्त का जन्म

एक पुरानी प्रचलित कहावत है, कि यदि माता निर्धार करे तो यह कवाहत को भी गलत कर सकती है । और इतिहास के कई प्रसंग इस बात को साबित कर सकते है । माता के मनोबल और गर्भावस्था में किए संस्कारो के सिंचन ने सचमुच चमत्कार कर दिखाएँ है । इस अनुसंधान में आज हम बात करेंगे । भक्त प्रहलाद का जन्म दानवकुल में हुआ था । इस बात से हम सब वाकेफ है । दानवकुल में जन्म लेने के बावजूद उनके गुण देव समान थे । एसा कैसे ? क्या कारण है ? जिसने दानवकुल में प्रहलाद को देव जैसे गुणो का स्वामी बनाया । उत्तर है ‘गर्भसंस्कार’ । गर्भसंस्कार मतलब गर्भवती स्त्री द्वारा बच्चे को गर्भ में ही किया जानेवाला संस्कारो का सिंचन । गर्भावस्था दौरान भक्त प्रहलाद की मातृश्री कयाधु नारदमुनि के आश्रम में रहते थे । उनका संपूर्ण समय भगवान नारायण के मंत्र जाप और प्रभु की कथा-वार्ता सुनने में व्यतीत रहेता था । आश्रम का वातावरण बेहद शांत और भक्तिमय था । भोजन भी शुद्ध और सात्विक मिलता था । ऐसे भक्तिमय वातावरण का प्रभाव उसके गर्भस्थ शिशु पर हुआ जिसके फल स्वरूप भक्त प्रहलाद में भक्ति के बीज संस्कारित हुए और भारतवर्ष को श्रेष्ठ भक्त की भेंट मिली । सगर्भा स्त्री जैसे माहोल में रहे और जैसा चिंतन करे उसकी बच्चे पर होनेवाली असर समझने के लिए यह एक श्रेष्ठ उदाहरण है ।  गर्भसंस्कार की वजह से ही शायद राक्षस हिरण्यकश्यपु का पुत्र भक्त प्रहलाद देवतुल्य कहलाते थे । सचमुच गर्भावस्था दौरान हर एक स्त्री बच्चे के शारिरीक विकास के साथ-साथ मानसिक विकास पर भी ध्यान केन्द्रित करें तो नब्बे वर्ष का काम नव महिने में हो जाए और चाहे वैसी दिव्य आत्मा को जन्म देकर इस विश्व को उत्तम संतान की भेंट दे सकती है ।
